JD Unlimited Account Verification: What IDs Are Accepted in the Philippines?

Why JD Unlimited Requires ID Verification
After you complete the JD Unlimited register process and make your first deposit, the platform will ask you to verify your account. This step confirms your identity and age before you can request a withdrawal.
ID verification helps JD Unlimited meet regulatory requirements and protects your account. It ensures that only the account owner can deposit, bet, and withdraw money. The platform checks that you are at least 21 years old—the legal minimum age for online gambling in the Philippines.
You do not need to verify your account immediately after you JD Unlimited login for the first time. Most players can deposit and place bets right away. However, when you try to withdraw winnings, JD Unlimited will prompt you to upload a valid government-issued ID. Some accounts may be flagged for verification earlier, depending on deposit amounts or security checks.
Accepted IDs: Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PhilHealth, Postal ID
JD Unlimited accepts five types of Philippine government-issued IDs for account verification. You only need to submit one of the following:
Philippine Passport
Your passport must be valid and not expired. Upload the photo page that shows your full name, date of birth, photo, and passport number. Both old maroon and new e-passports are accepted.
Driver's License
A valid Philippine driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is accepted. Make sure the license shows your full name, date of birth, photo, and license number. Both the paper card and the newer plastic card are fine.
UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
The UMID card issued by the SSS is one of the most common IDs used for verification. Check that your card shows your name, date of birth, photo, and UMID number clearly.
PhilHealth ID
The plastic PhilHealth ID card is accepted as long as it includes your photo, full name, date of birth, and PhilHealth number. Older versions without a photo may not be accepted.
Postal ID
A valid Postal ID from PHLPost can be used for JD Unlimited account verification. Ensure the card has not expired and includes your photo, name, date of birth, and address.
If your ID does not show your current address, that is usually fine. The platform primarily checks your full name, date of birth, and photo to confirm you are 21 or older and match the account details you provided during JD Unlimited register.
Do not submit a photocopy of your ID or a screenshot of someone else's document. JD Unlimited will reject fake or altered IDs immediately, and your account may be suspended.
How to Upload Clear Photos of Your ID
Once JD Unlimited prompts you to verify your account, follow these steps to upload your ID:
Step 1: Prepare your ID
Have your physical ID ready. Make sure it is not expired and is clean—wipe off any dirt or smudges that could make the text or photo hard to read.
Step 2: Find good lighting
Take the photo in a bright room or outdoors during the day. Avoid dim lighting that makes the text blurry. Natural daylight works best. Do not use a flash directly on the ID, as it can create glare that hides important details.
Step 3: Take a clear photo
Use your smartphone camera to take a photo of the front of your ID. Hold the ID flat on a dark or plain surface to create contrast. Make sure the entire ID fits in the frame and no corners are cut off.
Keep the camera steady and focus on the ID so the text is sharp. Avoid taking photos at an angle—shoot straight on so the ID does not look tilted or distorted.
Step 4: Check the photo quality
Before uploading, zoom in on the photo to confirm that your name, date of birth, ID number, and photo are all clearly visible. If any text is blurry or if glare covers part of the ID, retake the photo.
Step 5: Log in and upload
Open the JD Unlimited app or website on your phone and JD Unlimited login to your account. Go to the account or profile section, then look for "Verification" or "Upload ID." Tap the upload button and select the photo from your phone's gallery. Some accounts may require you to take the photo directly within the app.
Step 6: Submit and wait
After you upload the photo, tap "Submit." You will see a confirmation message that your document is under review. Do not upload multiple copies or different IDs unless JD Unlimited asks you to resubmit.
If you are asked to upload both the front and back of your ID, repeat the same steps for the back side. Some IDs, like the driver's license, have important information on both sides.
Verification Approval Timeline and What Happens Next
JD Unlimited typically reviews ID submissions within 24 to 48 hours. During busy periods, it may take up to 72 hours. You will receive an email or in-app notification once your account is verified.
If your ID is approved:
You will see a "Verified" badge or status on your account dashboard the next time you JD Unlimited login. You can now request withdrawals to your registered GCash, Maya, or bank account via InstaPay or PESONet. Make sure the name on your withdrawal method matches the name on your verified ID—mismatched names can delay or block your payout.
If your ID is rejected:
JD Unlimited will notify you and explain the reason. Common reasons include:
- Blurry or low-quality photo where text is unreadable
- Expired ID
- ID corners cut off or not fully visible in the frame
- Glare or shadow covering important details
- Name or date of birth on the ID does not match the name you entered during JD Unlimited register
If your ID is rejected, upload a new photo that addresses the issue. Double-check that your account details match your ID exactly. If you made a typo when you registered—such as a misspelled first name—contact JD Unlimited customer support to update your account before resubmitting your ID.
What if you do not verify your account?
You can still deposit and play slots, live dealer games, or bet on PBA, NBA, and volleyball. However, JD Unlimited will not process any withdrawal request until your account is verified. If you win and try to cash out without verification, your payout will be held until you submit an accepted ID.
Must Be 21+, Play Responsibly
JD Unlimited account verification is open to Filipino players aged 21 and over. The platform checks your date of birth on your ID to confirm you meet the age requirement. If you are under 21, your account will be closed and any funds may be forfeited.
Online gambling should be for entertainment. Set a budget for your deposits—whether it's PHP 100 or PHP 500—and stick to it. If you feel that betting is becoming stressful or hard to control, take a break or seek support. Play responsibly and never bet more than you can afford to lose.
Verification protects your account and ensures payouts go to the right person. Keep your ID ready, upload a clear photo, and you will be able to enjoy the full JD Unlimited experience once your account is approved.
